Half day tour
Mae was a wonderful, knowledgeable, personable tour guide! She explained in great detail the history of the area to which isn’t easily attainable. Mae is like a walking encyclopedia with a wonderful personality! We saw a lot and learned a lot in a shot period of time! Thank you!

Albuquerque Tour
Jul 2019 • Couples
Our tour guide was Amy. She was in contact with me several days before our tour date and had asked me questions about what my husband and I would like to see in Albuquerque. Amy was wonderful when we met her at our pre-arranged tour time. During the tour she gave historical narrations plus up-to-date information when my husband and I asked. We really enjoyed the tour, and Amy showed everything my husband and I wanted to see plus other areas of interest like Old Route 66.

Discovering Albuquerque in Half a Day
Jun 2019 • Solo
Amy picked me up at my hotel. We agreed she would show me parts of Albuquerque off the beaten path and she would share her recommendations of the things (museums and such) I should see on my own. She was articulate, knowledgeable, and very informative. We headed north on Rio Grande Blvd, visited Los Poblanos Inn and Farm, drove through the valley occupied by Pueblo Indians and Spanish settlers, saw beautiful ranchitos, discussed the architecture, visited the Pueblo Culture Center and saw traditional dances. I had a wonderful time, she was a great guide and good company.

Fantastic Private Tour in and Around Albuquerque
May 2019 • Couples
Amy was an amazing tour guide. Because this was a private tour for 2, she tailored it to our interests and gave various options along the way. She made our stay here a memorable experience and was very informative in suggesting other places to see and restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay in New Mexico. I enthusiastically recommend this tour!

A great tour of Albuquerque with Mae
Dec 2018 • Family
Mae drove us around Albuqueque offering interesting and educational information about each area we visited. Although most of our time was spent in a vehicle, it was a perfect way to end our vacation - we had just finished 3 days of hiking in cold, snowy weather in Santa Fe. If you are looking for a detailed overview of Albuquerque history with longs stops in Old Town and Los Poblanos Farm, this is a great trip!

Corn Maiden1/2 day tour... amazing
Oct 2018 • Friends
Amy, did a wonderful job of showing us around Albuquerque. I've been to ABQ several times but she showed us places I'd never seen before. She knew so much about the history of the area and was happy to answer questions. It was a perfect tour from start to finish. I would highly recommend this tour.

The best
Aug 2018 • Couples
We had 48 hours to visit Albuquerque and we wanted to be introduced to its culture and history. Mae Araujo is so wonderful. In the only time my wife and I had -- a half day -- we took a beautiful 1.5hr hike to see the petroglyphs (there are 300 in the area we went to) followed by Coronado monument and Corrales village, all the while being educated by her in the history and culture. We finished at the Pueblo Cultural Center. Highly recommended. Mae was superb and we only wish we had more time with her.

Mae Knows the Way!
May 2018 • Family
My son Matt and I enjoyed a 4-hour morning tour of Albuquerque with Mae. Matt and I knew nothing about the city, so this was an excellent way to get introduced. Mae began by asking us about our interests and she did a great job of tailoring the tour to our tastes. Mae has an amazing knowledge of local history and culture. Matt and I learned a lot about Route 66, Old Town, and the Pueblo Culture. We also got to do some walking at various points so that we weren't just in the jeep the whole time. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a thorough and fascinating look at the city and its surrounding area.
