Superb experience!!
The number of zip lines was amazing, the rappelling was thrilling, the hollow tree and ladder climb was unique and the Tarzan swing was awesome. The staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company and the whole experience. We did the 730am start time which meant it was not so hot and we purchased the photons which were reasonably priced, as they captured our time perfectly.

Beautiful Views and Fast Lines

I really enjoyed pretty much every aspect of the zip lining experience. You get great views, and it is a real adrenaline rush. The crew were nice, professional, and were respectful about some peoples’ wishes to forgo taking part in the rappel and climbing parts. I believe their names were Davide and Julian. The only problem I experienced was with booking. I had booked for the 10:00 tour and made the mistake of making a wrong turn driving my way to the hotel, in an area with no service. I was unable to reach the company and let them know I would be arriving at my hotel late. Due to miscommunication, I ended up paying the same fee again to rebook on the 2:00 tour, just before they has reached out and offered to let me come on the same tour. I didn’t ask for a refund because I figured it’s probably too late to get one. It’s a great tour and would highly recommend it, but make sure you are able to be at your hotel/site of pick-up at least a half hour before the start time of the tour. And quick warning: on one or two of the zip lines, if you do not follow instructions, you could hit your head or body on a tree since it’s so close to the zip line.

Excellent and varied activities
The tour was great, a range of different length and speeds of zipwires, some with very cool views. There was also a Tarzan swing which was really fun and good for some adrenaline! We also got to climb up through a hollow tree which was a cool experience. In addition we saw monkeys, coati and an agouti. The guide David also took photos which we could buy digitally for just $10 at the end of the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Know what you are getting into

There needs to be more specific details about what to expect before signing up for this trip. The website did say the experience is not suited for people with heart or balance problems or for pregnant women but there were no specifics listed. When we emailed for details, the only response was our confirmation number.

When we got there, they handed us a detailed description. This included needing to climb a 20 foot ladder straight up, that the platforms are very narrow with no handrails and the equipment you have to wear (harness and clips) is quite heavy. Armed with this information we decided not to do the trip. They would not refund our money because they said there was not enough notice. Even when we explained that we asked for details and got no response they still declined even a partial refund.

We ended up doing the sky tram tour with another company and that was awesome. Later in the day we ran into another couple who did the canopy tour and they thought it was terrifying.

Family trip ziplining
We had an amazing experience ziplining, we were a group of 7 in my family (3 adults, 4 kids) and they put another couple with us to make up the group. Everything was fantastic, especially the way that the guides interacted with my youngest daughter (4 yrs) and made her feel so confident about everything. Mauricio was outstanding with her and we really appreciated having him and the other guides during our time there.

Fun and safe

Since I went into it feeling quite nervous, my favorite part was that I got out unhurt! It was exhilarating, to say the least. The guides were great. They stored our groups' phones in their office and just took one of them to take photos for us to later share. That worked out very well. Also, we got a bonus of a view of the elusive Quetzel bird on our way up to the starting platform. They caught sight of it in a tree and stopped to let us see it.

Amazing dense canopy! So fun!
The original canopy tour was an unforgettable experience for me and my family. The zip lines, climb up the hollowed out tree, and repel down the tree were all thrilling and exciting, but the safety of the tour was of the utmost importance to the guides. Throughout the entire tour, I felt completely safe and reassured by the friendly and professional guides. The Tarzan swing was an adrenaline rush like no other, but I never felt at risk thanks to the thorough safety instructions and equipment checks. The dense canopy that we zipped through added to the excitement, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a thrilling adventure that prioritizes safety

Exciting for Young and Not So Young
This tour was super exciting for our kids (teens/early 20’s) and it eased the parents in so we enjoyed it and were able to finish the whole course.

The staff, especially David Medina, was super friendly and reassuring to those who needed it and offered additional challenges for the ones who wanted them.

They start with a free-fall swing, then with a few short zip lines to get people aquatinted with the process.

The runs get significantly longer and faster as you go through the 2-hour course. The runs go from a few hundred feet to a half mile across a deep, mountainous canyon at 50 mph.

The Rappel portion is super fun, but requires a climb up a challenging ladder to get back into the tour.

Highly recommend!

Fun zip lines and a patient crew

This was my first time doing zip lines - the guides were extremely patient and managed my inability to properly slow down with ease. They were patient and made the whole experience fun. I enjoyed the tarzan swing and repelling also - although the scary straight up ladder to the top of one of the zip line platform was not my favorite - I never felt unsafe.

There are so many tours to choose from and we are so glad that we went with this company. This was perfect for families with young children and first timers. Our 10 year old is afraid of heights but she had a blast and did really well. I was a little nervous so I was glad that we did the Tarzan swing first (I screamed!) because it made the zip lines less scary and more enjoyable. The rappel and tree climb was fun too.

Our guides - Mauricio, K-ber and Julius(?) were professional, organized and made safety a priority. We felt that we were in good hands with them. We would definitely recommend this to others. Most of the lines are double cable to warm up to the last 4 which were single, higher speed and longer distances. We saw a rainbow 🌈 for the last few lines. What a great way to end the tour.
