Really enjoyable visit. The first half is in the enclosure where you first have a talk and then can wander around. The second half is again really interesting, where you go into the underground part and learn more about butterfly's and their environment.

Fantastic experience. Value for money. We spent two hours here. Thousands of butterflies fluttering ask around plus lots of other interesting insects and reptiles too, even a few turtles. Whilst we are two older adults and really enjoyed it, it’s geared for children who would absolutely love it too.

We bought our tickets online but didn’t get an email or any emails sent further to our questions we turned up at the door to do facial recognition but everything was ok luckily, my son (8) said it was the best day ever, we turned up at 10 and last to leave at 6, we did all the zip wire first then into the water park, I’d suggest taking thin slip on shoes as the sand really hurts your feet after a while great day thanks 👍

We had the best experience at Penang Escape and it was absolutely incredible! Thanks to the manager Ali. He provided us with the best tour guide and service, making our visit truly memorable. Will come again 👍🏻

We appreciate the security Abang assistance in directing cars so we don't have a waste of time looking for a parking space. And the aerobat was super fun and thanks Ali and Lukman for this first time experience and memorable thing to do performance in front of the audience, after you complete the performance you will get a medal from Ali. The fact that so many trees have been planted to reduce heat is one of the reasons I enjoy Escape. Even though it was mainly shadowy the day we went another feeling is that you can truly disconnect from the busy, Escape in Penang can feel relax , away from the skyscraper urban area. Also, they had maintenance keeps the theme park neat and tidy from the floor to the restrooms to the walkways. The best feature of a theme park, in my opinion, is the toilet, which has a strong drainage system despite having cold water and bright lighting.

The views are amazing and fantastic. The staff all good and friendly and really nice, especially staff masum at the camping site. All the tent, amenities were great and clean. Will come to visit again if have money

ESCAPE PENANG THE BESTT!!! ALL THE TEAM WAS SO FUN AND HELPFUL.. IF YOU BEING FRIENDLY WITH THEM, THEY ALSO GOING TO HYPE U.. I VERY SUGGEST TO GO FOR 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT WT BASE CAMP PACKAGE THEY PROVIDE YOU SO MANY GAMES SUCH AS, CARROM,CONGKAK, BADMINTON AND KAROEKE SESSION ON THE NIGHT. FOR THE EXTREME GAME YOU GUYS SHOULD TRY ALL GAMES THERE ESPECIALLY ACROBAT. INTERESTING EXPERIENCE THAT YOU GUYS CANT GET ANY WHERE. THE STAFF GOING TO TEACH YOU AND THEY ALSO SO PLAYFUL SO YOU ARE GOING TO ENJOY THE GAME!! THANKS TO ABANG NAZAR AND ABANG IKHWAN!!

If you love butterflies you must visit this place. There is actually more than just a butterfly display. You go through tunnels and other insect displays as well. It has been designed to be very clever.

Couldn’t explain how magnificent my experience was for the whole two days. Especially the trapeze activity. 5 star treatment from all the staff. Friendly and good vibes. Special thanks to Encik Nazar and Encik Ikhwan for giving me the chance to learn new trick for trapeze and i love the friendly energy they radiates. Same goes to other staff, from the entrance to each activities and checkpoint. Overall, 10/10 and would definitely go again

The ultimate scam you heard about. Warning: run like hell. You been warned. They sent you reply with no ticket attached then refused refund. They misled you with tricky advertisements. The costs of their ticket turn out 300% dearer than if you buy at the door. When you called Traveladvisor to complaint, they make you go merry go around with a pseudo company called Viator.

Staff were good. They initially didn’t accept the booking from trip advisor. Said we should’ve received another booking number. I showed them my e-mails, spam etc to prove I hadn’t had anything. They let us in knowing we had paid. The ride options were good. The zip line wasn’t very enjoyable. Wasn’t very smooth. Don’t know if it was because I’m taller than most locals but I was clashing with the metal chains. Slides were very good, the canopy walks were good and challenging, and the kids really enjoyed their day.

Excellent Butterflies park. I had an amazing experience with a very detailed presentation and an intriguing activity to do in Penang.

I went with my friends for 2D1N. We sleepover at the base camp. We dont have much expectations but i was great!! The tent comes with air bed. The staff n security are all friendly. They prepared all the utensils and even help you to put on fire and bbq all for you. You basically just have to sit down n enjoy your time with ur friends. They even will help u to buy raw chicken to bbq!! Ali(the manager) guide us very well and explain everything in details. We love our times there and definitely gonna be a second time. Thank you for the great experience. The escape park itself? Just go. It worth every penny.
