Beautifully kept gardens and as the weather in Dunoon (middle of August!) was pretty much constant rain, it probably made these gardens even more beautiful! The lady at the till was very informative and told us the best route to take around the gardens with...More

Didn't realise that these gardens were so big. Took my teenage children and they had a lovely time too. So peaceful and so much to see. Reasonable entry fee too.

Lovely gardens with walking routes that are easy or hard and also has routes accessible for wheel chair users. If you manage to reach the top to the viewing platform where there is a shelter the views are stunning.

This is a beautiful place to visit for a walk with or without a dog. It was a very rainy day that we chose to walk around but it was still a lovely walk. The Victorian Fernery was an amazing place.

Yes, but keep on a lead. One of the beauties of Benmore is that there are many rugged, hilly areas that may prove demanding. On the plus side, you can take all day at your own pace!

Hi Yes, as long as you keep on the main paths. There are also lots of resting places even for the fittest walker.
