not a thing there to see other than beach. It would be nice if a local group formed to keep the beach clean of trash washing up from the waves, but otherwise it was a nice walk

Weat Bay is my favorite place on the Island you cannenjoy a relaxing peaceful day snorkling or simply reading a book. The sunset is beautiful from West Bay. That was the backdrop of my beach wedding in 1997.

This park has no amenities but did offer shallow water. The bottom is very rough so bring shoes and plenty of water.

We came here for Kite Surfing lessons for my son. The beach is remote and gorgeous. Perfect if you want some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The only down side is that there are a lot of pot holes on the unpaved road...More

Visit Barker National Park If you are a tourist, want to tour the whole island, and have a rental car----but be careful driving (unless you do not mind paying for new scratches and stone marks). We enjoyed the park area in this Northwest part of...More
