This coastal path is one of the best. Over the last few years it’s popularity has grown, which sadly means, it is détériorating in its structure and at times becomes quite busy. It has many steep and won out steps and on days of strong winds, take extra care as the path passes very close to the cliff edge. Birds are everywhere including Blue Rock thrushes and Sardinian Warblers. Refreshments can be obtained from a variety of places en route.…

This hike runs along the cliffs of the French Mediterranean. You can hike between villages north and south and even into Spain. Stunning sites of thewild sea, but be careful. The hike is steep and slippery on the cliffs with a lot of wind. It then goes goes along beaches, neighbords and roads. It can be difficult to follow, but there are indications in yellow to guide you. It is not a leisurely walk. Wear good shoes and bring water. Don't stray off the path. Magnificent, but be prepared.…

We have now walked this from the Spanish boarder to Pauliles and it's as good as the Cornish part of the SWCP... nearly. It's certainly warmer and I would not want to do it in the summer... It can be very windy, we were nearly blown off our feet at one point and signs warn you about strong winds. There's stunning scenery, you pass through grapes vines, pine tree's, prickly pears and lots of wild herbs. You will see lizards.. and come prepared for a swim as there are any number of pretty beaches along the way to have a dip in.…
