It was a cold day in April and we went for a walk well wrapped up. Enjoyed having the beach to ourselves.

While it is a blue and wild expanse of water, the beach is shingle and even though I am not a feather foot, I found it difficult to walk barefoot. Will come back with trainers. :)

This beach is very long with great dunes for walking. We were there in January, waves were massive! Plenty of people about walking too, carpark there too.

This beach is a must for all age groups, totally unspoiled and a wonderful place to walk! It provides peaceful contemplation and plenty of space for games and picnics.

Did surfing, hurling, beach tennis swimming and enjoyed the day! With a wet suit there is never bad weather!

Not much to see or do, So not much to say! Really, it might be nice on a sunny day, it was wet & windy when we visited, Why must I have at least 41 words on a tripadvisor review if I have nothing good...More

If you are searching some privacy, that's the place to go. It is a small, lovely beach with only a few tourists. Usually only the people that live there are around. The perfect place for a sunny day. Even though I normally like sand beaches,...More

We walked at this beach and it was just beautiful. The sun was shining and there was no where nicer to be. Worth a visit and wear comfortable shoes and you could walk for miles.
