Boat House.. as they say

Very crowded place. They charge you a deposit, hence it makes your exit difficult after ride. However, it is one of the prime attraction in Yercaud.

The lake is very nice place to stay.Pedal boats and Motor boat rides are there.Entry fees is there to visit the lake.

the lake is in the centre point of yercud and perhaps only lake in yercud.the lake is very small but popular for boating. there is entry fee for the lake area. one can sit near the lake for sometime.

The only lake called Emerald is located in the heart of the city. Water is recycled other than for drinking purpose. Pedal boats and motor boats are deployed for tourists. Do visit it

Boating in the lake was real fun. It was good to see all the colourful flowers and also the deer park near the lake.

The lake is like the Heart of Yercaud which is located in the center of the city. We went in the evening around 4pm. It had just stopped raining and was a pleasant evening (very suitable for Boating). The lake was clean during our visit and was very crowded too. The timings for boating is 9.30am to 5.30pm however the... More

2 entrance fairs one to just get inside to the ticket counter place n an other for the boating n no row boats available for more than 6 ppl n they admit u until 5.30 only on The boating but they keep issuing the first entrance ticket much beyond 5.30

many street vendors all around the lake, water didnt seem too clean. best to stay away, unless street food is your thing.

Lake is located right opposite Anna park which is a bus stop and all buses coming into Yercaud stop at this point. Lake is decent in size, not too large and not too small. You have to pay an entry fee (Rs6/person) and then pay separately for the boat ride. Row boat, pedal boats and motorized boats are available. Pedal... More
