This is a cave temple, dedicated to the presiding deity of the Shevaroy hill ranges. This is actually within a cave and is at a serene and calm place, very close to the peak of the Shevaroy ranges. You can cover this as part of the 32 Km loop road trip.

It is an important temple as the hill range - Shevaroys - is named after the God here. Small but neatly kept. The sweet corn & other eatables available there are very good.

The temple is small however around the temple there is a huge ground. Visited in December, the weather was pleasantly cool. The place has a wonderful view. You can find people playing cricket in the ground. There are some food stalls as well.

Short Drive and Nice Place. They charge you 10 rupees for parking and entry fee. Temple very small but is open through out.

Temple seems to be hidden inside a cave, but not sure if the cave is natural or man made.. Temperature is good as this place is located at the top most point in yercaud probably. Good pics can be taken here.
