A museum, dedicated to design and contemporary culture. The building itself is amazing architecture. There is a small permanent collection, and changing exhibits several times a year. A museum in Israel that doesn't have a coffee place? A museum of design in Israel, in the world, that doesn't have a Museum of Design Shop? I rest my case.

The Holon Design Museum is housed in a beautifully designed structure by Ron Arad. Tye building alone is worth visiting. Inside is small but worth checking out the exhibitions. Only disappointment, there is no gift shop.

The main attraction of this museum is it's striking building designed by Israeli London-based architect Rod Arad. Despite its limited resources the museum has managed to exhibit some of the most innovative and prominent contemporary designers. This is a visit for people who love visual...More
