We hiked for two days in Sanqingshan and even though it was during the rainy season, we loved it. The ticket allows for two days entry but if you want to return the next day, register with the ticket office when you buy your ticket....More

If you mean "Shanghai," the answer is that it's about 2.5 hours on the train to Shangrao, and then an hour or so by bus/car/shuttle to the mountain. Well worth it, however.
