Funabashi Daijingu ("Funabashi Big Shrine") is a pretty big complex of buildings located just a few minutes' walk from Daijingushita Station on the Keisei Main Line. It's got nearly 2,000 years of history (although it doesn't all show), including a restored Edo Era lighthouse. Enjoyed a nice walk from Tsudanuma where we are staying to see this old Shinto Shrine with a very long history. The biggest Shrine in Funabashi City it covers a big area and is very impressive no matter what grand gate entry way you approach it through.
