Had a great day to night spa experience with a choice of baths and pools indoor and outdoor, and the water & light show attraction. Bath towels and shower amenities included. Took few minutes to figure out the check-in procedure - the locker keys needed to be activated at the entrance - otherwise the process was smooth and the service... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this wonderful review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your time with us and do agree that the check in procedure is a bit difficult to understand and we are trying to create a multi-lingual guide map for this...for your next visit. Maybe we should have a greeter who... More

Ahhhhh, the perfect place to go and relax. This spa is just a hop from Kamakura, you can take the train to Kamakura station and switch over to the EnoDen line, which is super quaint, or just taxi over. If you drive, you will find parking right at the spa. The island itself is fun to explore- there are just... More

We spent the afternoon at the spa. Very friendly staff who speak much better English than the average Japanese person. The different pools were really nice with amazing views. I recommend the one in b1. Shame the outdoor pool was under construction. Other than that, it's also in a nice area so (if it's not too hot) you can enjoy... More

I visited here with my niece's family during their 10 day visit to Japan. We had just thoroughly explored Enoshima itself, so we were hot and tired. But the pools of the Enoshima Island Spa soon restored us. With so many different types of pools on two different levels, everyone could relax and just "enjoy the waters". It's hard to... More

Come in the evening for the sunsets and a cheaper rate. It was so relaxing I could have spent all day there. The restaurant is also brilliant.

This was my first trip to a hot springs of any kind, and as such, I was open minded to whatever there was to find. The facilities are extremely well maintained. The locker rooms were wonderful, with fully stocked showers and vanities that had everything a person would need to get ready for their day after visiting the spa. On... More

Me and my wife went for a day trip to Enoshima Spa during golden week holidays and had a fantastic time at the resort. there are light shows at night which are wonderful. My husband and I recently spent a week in Tokyo. On our first day we traveled down to Kamakura and Enoshima. After spending a bit of time on the beach, we walked around Enoshima Island. We finished the evening off by visiting Enospa. The overall experience was great. My husband complained about the confusing layout of the spa and having... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this helpful and encouraging review of the spa. Very close and convenient from Tokyo by car. We had a good walk around Enoshima Island in the morning and afternoon and finish the day with a good onsen and the Signature Massage at Beng Teng, followed by a great sunset by the Cave pool and a big ribs dinner. Highly recommended for a very relaxing experience.
