We came as a family one baking hot afternoon and were delighted by the lovely butterflies as they flap around their private jungle garden. There are seats where you can sit and watch them flying around and often come to sit with you. There's also a wonderful garden area with bamboo maze, seating areas, cafe and little games for the... Really great little butterfly house. They breed lots of exotic butterflies here and have a large walk in aviary that's kept warm, bright and humid. As such, the butterflies have a great habitat with ponds, fruit feeding stations and many tropical plants and trees to hang around in. The conditions inside ensure the butterflies are active so there are lots... More

We saw posters to this and then trusted the previous reviews here before we went. We were really happy to find a beautiful little spot to learn about butterflies and then walk around amongst them! The ones flying around were beautiful!! My 8 month old even enjoyed it :-) The staff also speak English which made it easier for my... More

As an avid gardener & love to spot butterflies thought this might be worth a visit & it was. The tropical species are large. They don't seem a bit shy even landing on your person so you can get a really good look. Glad we took the time to visit.

This is a real find. On the edge of this lovely little city and just off the main coastal road is this butterfly farm. It is very educational with lots of information about butterflies/catterpillars and the main butterfly enclosure is full of bright vibrant little critters that you can get right up to as well as see all of the... We went here as 2 adults & still enjoyed it! It was not particularly busy when we went & not too hot inside either. There were some really pretty orange/yellow butterflies & some beautiful large blue ones that seemed to just float in the air! Outside there is a garden to walk around & also an exhibition that gives visitors... More

loved going here with our girls (9,7,4). Small enough for them not to get tired, but loads of lovely bright coloured butterflies to see. Super friendly staff as well.
