It's unfortunate that this spa is located at the Blue Mountain Inn property. The spa itself (services) was AMAZING. The hot tubs outside were gross and the pool/change room and dry sauna were even worse. The woman at the spa's front reception grabbed unwrapped Easter candy from a bowl with her hands then offered some to us. The tongs were... More

I received a prenatal massage for a baby shower gift and it was so great. I definitely recommend coming here! I also got some body butter and used that throughout the third trimester of my pregnancy. It did wonders, it left my skin very soft and reduced stretch marks. Kalola spa is the best. I will be returning.

I have received several of Kalola's services over the years. Hair, facials, venus freeze treatments, waxing, manicures and pretty much the rest of their menu. The staff has always been wonderful and friendly. Every time I've left feeling relaxed and revived. Definitely check out Kalola if you're local. You'll receive discounts on products and services. Plus I've had the opportunity... More

I was excited about spending time here for a relaxing afternoon. I had never been inside The Blue Mountain Inn before and only came to to expect what I did from the Kaola website. I was booked for a 50 minute relaxation massage and was looking forward to the facilities after. The pictures are a little misleading. The reception area... More

I experienced the 50 minute RMT massage as well as the Luxury Facial. To start you are asked a series of questions on the registry form while waiting in the lounge about problematic areas that you may need tended to and how you currently care for your skin. Your massage therapist then goes over your responses with you to gain... More

Disappointed with the services received. I booked a "luxury foot treatment" and "prenatal massage". Despite requesting and booking a prenatal massage and filling out the forms provided by Kalola Spa upon arrival, the therapist was very surprised that I was pregnant (35 weeks so it is pretty obvious). They provide extra pillows to help support your legs but do not... More

I enjoyed my actual massage but the experience there was not very nice. To start I booked only two days in advance. So I am thankful they fit us in. I was booking for 5 people, 7 services all together. They were able to schedule us all in which was great. Because I was booking for 5 people I had... More

Staff kept on chatting with me, which was ok but I would have slightly preferred the silence. Massage was good but lacked a little bit of pressure. Overall a good experience.

My bf and I went for a couples massage for valentines day weekend. It was simple. The ambiance was nice. Extremely pricey for what they give. The hot tubs are outside, where you have a nice view of the mountains. Only reason we went was because we could claim the massage under our insurance, otherwise not worth the money.

From the $50 upcharges for RMT, to the necessity to leave for bathrooms that are next to pool tables. This spa is mediocre at best - the problem is their prices are sky high. The common area is cheap with old bad boy furniture. I guess how I can see that this was once a good spa. Go anywhere else.... More
