Sale Waterside is a great local arts centre - good accessibility, great coffee/tea, and a nice little bar, with friendly helpful staff. Good acoustics make it equally suitable for theatre or music. And the seats are quite comfy, too.

Great little venue with good acoustics, has had some interesting acts on over the years, although it should get used a lot more than it does, bar gets a bit hectic before and in any intermissions, but hey, you don't have to have a drink!

Theatre is well sized and acoustics are good. Exhibition spaces are small but well lit and have interesting exhibitions. Cosgrave-Hall exhibits are worth a look.

Sure, in the same business! There is a Premier Inn, (Manchester (Sale) )about a mile and a half away or a new Travelodge about half a mile away.
