The round trip of ferry, Uber, tuk tuk, ferry was well worth it. The view of Lisbon from here is amazing. If you have more than a few days in Lisbon this should be a must visit.

This statue has been around for years and years, as my own Parents first visited this statue in the early 70s. It is a fantastic replica of the Brazilian "Christ the Redeemer Statue" and if you stop and read the summaries of why the Portuguese...More

Well worth a visit even though for us it was an expensive taxi ride from our hotel in Lisbon. A visit to the viewing platform at the top of the statue is a must even if the staircase is narrow.

Just a short trek from my hotel, although it was an uphill trek in heat, it was worth it for the views.

When I read the reviews it seemed everyone focussed on the views - and they are spectacular. The statue iself is very impressive but for me it did not have any religious atmosphere or presence despite the piped music in the surrounding area. If you...More

Beautiful view and interesting story. The kids loved the view and took many photos. I enjoyed the view of the city and the fog under the bridge it was a nice vantage point and worth the drive over.

Having viewed the statue from afar on our last visit, we took the ferry and bus journey to the statue. At the bottom, there is a lift that takes you most of the way with a spiral staircase to the top, thing is at the...More
