Fonte da Tehla beach is part of the enormous stretch of sand running for many miles from Costa da Caparica to Mecco wide clean great for kite surfing. Strong undercurrent, be careful.

We were welcomed into an empty bar and was kindly shown a table, understanding that we have a slight language barrier we managed to order, our server seemed kind and nice but overall service was quite poor, we waited over 10 min for our drinks....More
This was our local beach during our holiday. It has miles and miles of soft white sand, very gentle slope into the sea meaning that it is great for kids and perfect waves for practicing surfing. The beach was practically empty for the whole of...More

It's a really good beach with lots of bars and restaurants to eat good snacks. The major problems are the accesses. They need to improved! Visited in April 2015
Lots of parking , lots of beach. restaurants , beach shops. enjoyed this beach and visited a few times. look forward to going back.
Very good beach but a bit over crowded compared to other beaches along the coast. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but you soon forget once you’re in the water and enjoying the sandy beach.
