Recognized as one of the best places to experience Sakura during Spring. Unfortunately when I went there Sakura hasn't bloom yet so I was a bit disappointed.

Shukugawa Park is famous for its cherry blossoms. My wife and I visited the park just for this reason. We got off at JR Sakura-Shukugawa, walked down to Hanshin Koroen, then walked up again to Hankyu Shukugawa. It seemed to be a long way, but...More

Beautiful park any time of the year, but especially during hanami season. Easy to get to from either Shukugawa station or Kurakuenguchi station. Nice noodle restaurant facing park behind Kurakuenguchi station

This is a nice place to have a picnic, or ether yet at hanami in spring! Though beware, the crowds are big and that's an understatement. Throughout the rest of the year it's pretty empty though and nice for a quiet stroll.
