Dedicated to ramen noodle cups, the museum showcases the mind-boggling number of instant ramen flavor variations that have come out over the years and a reproduction of the hut where Momofuku Ando first created them.

Such an interesting and whacky museum dedicated to the famous cup noodles. We didn’t realise that the history of cup noodles goes way back, so it was certainly an eye-opener. You can make your very own souvenir cup noodles from decorating the cup to mixing...More

We took a short trip out of Osaka to Ikeda, where the Cup Noodle Museum is located. Although almost all the written signs were in Japanese, we procured an English audio guide (free, though you have to place a deposit) which provided a brief description...More

Great experience, especially if you have kids. Ikeda overall is also a nice little town to visit. Check out the full cup noodle making class on 2nd floor

Just pay 300yen and you can create your own unique cupnoodle. Fun for all ages. Spending lots of time taking pictures inside the museum, Highly recommend if you want something fun other than eat and shop in Osaka.

Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum...that's the full name. Take the train from Osaka Station to Ikeda Station. It's the 5th stop if you take the Express. Takes a half hour point to point...and we travelled with a 7 year old slow walker. The museum is...More

The museum has interesting parts, e.g. the noodle factory, and is new and well put together, but does not offer any English descriptions. Better go to the next supermarket and buy a bunch of instant noodles and eat while watching a YouTube documentary about the...More
