I went there twice. The weather was super nice each time I visited. Love the atmosphere there. Too bad to cross the bridge we have to pay 500 yen for it. I didn't bother to try during my second visit. Just enjoyed the beautiful scenery,...More

One of at least three similar bridges in the area, this well-reinforced traditional bridge is worth checking out. A relatively exciting way to cross the stream. Probably best not to look down!

The bridge has uneven steps so you need to watch your feet, which means looking down! Down is quite a drop. I saw people of all ages crossing but you need to hang onto children

A very interesting area. Lots of walking trails and scenic spots for photo taking, some amazing streams and waterfalls are in this area. We spent 3 days and could have spent more.

No need to cross this bridge, best viewed from the road. Massive visitor centre next door. All rather deserted when we were there, but must be fairly unpleasant when busy.

The bridge itself is quite pretty and quaint, but the monstrosity of a car park that has been built to access it made the visit a disappointing experience. We didn't bother paying to walk across the bridge, having already paid to use the car park....More
