A short walk up the road (0.5 Km) you come to this wayside shrine in woodland. Many spectacular plants by the roadside along the way and it's a lovely peaceful and soul-calming spot.

You can walk a very pleasant 7 km to Hongu Taisha from Hosshinmon Oji. A pleasant little shrine with a nice story.
