When I visited there, there were no many tourists, but had a lot of snow. I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. There is a museum close to this shrine, but I have no enough time to visit it.I would like to go this place again.

Typical (beautiful) japanese shrine. It was autumn of 2009 when i visited this place and the trees were orange making the atmosphere so japan (kawaii!!!). Was able to take picture with a nice family with their kids for the Shichi-go-san celebration. Good place for people...More

this is a local shrine and as usual there is always something interesting - recommend to speak to the old guards on the grounds who can tell you about the differences
