A well presented museum telling the history of the area with some fine examples of original uniforms and kit. Audio tour following the arrows informing you of things you are looking at was a nice touch. Well worth a visit.

This museum is excellent. The exhibits are very well done and explanations are clear and understandable. Cannot recommend this museum highly enough to those who are interested in WWII and specifically the Battle of the Bulge.

This museum looks small, but I was massively surprised by it and it was amongst the highlights of my trip around WW2 sites. Really good modelling and scenes in the museum and a good selection of WW2 equipment and displays. Lots of detail about Peiper and his regiment and the nearby (100m) massacre. The only thing missing from the museum... More

It's a good museum that mainly tells the story of the Malmedy massacre. There is also a shop selling WW2 items, I bought a German belt buckle.

Tried to find this place several times as the location is next to the memorial to the American Massacre which is in the wrong location on TripAdvisor. Now that I've found it it's worthwhile as it gives a good insight into events surrounding 'The Battle of the Buldge'. Make sure to check the times of the film show in your... More

This historic center is located about 100 meters away from the place where 87 (or so) American POWs were executed by German SS troops. This was part of the Ardennes offensive, or battle of the Bulge, in the winter of '44. The museum tells the story about this offensive, and about the massacre in particular. There is a movie (highly... More

Opened in 2014. Lots of info about the slaughter of American POW's during the battle of the bulge 1944. The SS under the command of Peiper killed also lots of local inhabitants for no reason at all. All such a waste of innocent lives. Some good visual displays and film. Also nice small cafe on site. Good parking available for... More

Tells the story behind the Malmedy Massacre. The museum is well stocked with artifacts and the background. Worth the time to visit.
