Housed in the fine old casino the displays are imaginatively presented and informative. Although most info only in Spanish some was in English and the overview in the info leaflet was also in English. The highlight is the reconstructed Moorish house - such sophistication 700...More

The mock up of the Moorish house was good, although the material served to emphasise just how wonderful Granada's Alhambra or Seville's Alcazar is. Some interesting pictures and costumes on show but other artefacts typical of a provincial museum (which after all it is)

Well worth a visit to understand the history of the town and region, amazing artefacts including the mores and Greeks and Romans...through to the stone age
