This feels like a very good zoo. The habitat areas for the animals are big and there are a lot of educational stuff. We had the luck of seeing the tigers get fed when we were here, amazing. Visiting in winter was very nice actually, most animals are active.

We hadn't planned on going to the park that day but Tomteland was closed. We arrived after lunch but the receptionist assured us we would have time to walk around the whole park before it closed at 3pm. The entrance and gift shop were really well presented and there was lots of information about the animals we could see in... More

I get bored of visiting zoos so wasn't that excited but when we got there the first thing we saw was 2 Kodiak Bears play fighting in the water, it was honestly amazing. The kids where like 'come on mum!' I could have watched them all day. It's up quite a steep walk through the park so it's a work... More

Seeing all those bears living in such a large area makes me very happy. Almost all the preditors have a huge livingspace, where they can run, hunt, hide, play, enjoy the sun, sleep under trees etc. It is a great place to visit!

All in all, the bear park is pretty good. The animals (most of them) has big enclosures, and the animals seem happy. BUT they should put up feeding time at all the enclosures... we went on a Friday and the bears would be fed live fish at 14.00, it was very hard to understand where they would feed them the... More

I am in love with this zoo. Beautiful nature and friendly bears who tried to communicate with me. I gave them some berries and they followed me.

The park takes care of the species that are endangered and rare.See the Kamchatka bears, the Kodiak bear and Siberian tigers and more predators from the Swedish forests.Well-run establishment, including the world's largest polar bear facility.

It is a big park with lots of space for the animals. They feel right at home. As a result ut might be hard to see all the animals, but when you see them the are really playfull. We spend about 3 hours there and didn't see all the animals. The bears were very playfull but we missed the wolves... More

A beautiful Park where the animals get loads and loads of room. In the same time this means that when you try to find then outside feeding times, you might have to look very hard to see them, or maybe not see them at all. The views of nature are amazing as well. Be prepared for some serious exercise uphill... More

This was a good way to spend a few hours, walking around the park and seeing the animals. The indoor exhibitions were really well laid out and informative and we had really good views of all the animals. The views from the top of the park near the tiger are incredible and worth the steep climb up!
