We were with my family just for 5 min. There because it's cloused for tourists, I think its for some risk on the beach.

These beach was a short hike in. You need a vehicle to get to it as it is not near to the town. We stopped here on our guided tour and spent a couple of hours.

A nice mix of tourists and local families enjoy a day a the beach The sand is soft and the water was clean felt very friendly and comfortable The crowd was toddlers to grand parents bring your own towels and picnic items
A white sand beach beside ancient moais is not something you experience often. It's not a s supervised beach so be aware of strong waves and stay clear of the shar volcanic rocks to be safe and avoid any injury/accident
