Rude owner

Thd owner was really rude to us. We were a little group of young people and the owner told us to shup up in a really rude way. I was speaking with my family by thd phone but he told us to shup up un front of the other costumers.
We spend 150€ for 6 people and didn't let us to speak even if there were a few people. Also he put other people really close to us with the fact of the covid.

Beautiful place

Rude Manager

My friends and I were met with a rude attitude from the manager whilst eating lunch. It set a bad atmosphere for the rest of the afternoon.

Visiting the area for a kids football tournament. The locals and owners can't do enough for us. Beautiful and thoroughly recommended

Chilled Italian way of living.

I first came here in 2006, we found a 2 bedroom apartment at Le Palme, Campomarino Lido (2/3 floor apartments located 5/10 minite walk from Mare Chiaro). We loved it that much my parents bought the apartment! They visit regularly and I come when I can. The beach is lovely, golden clean sand which the kids love. You can rent loungers for the day but I prefer to find my own spot and bring an umbrella. The beach gets quieter as us Italians usually eat out at the restaurants nearby (great if you love eating fish as it's as fresh as it gets!) Or we go back to our apartment. Along the beach you'll see bars and restaurants and amazing ice cream. At night, groups of all ages are out and the best thing about it is, that not once have I seen a group of smashed youths drinking until they pass out. As you venture out around the area you'll see in the summer time they have a small fun fair which is really family friendly. This packs up towards the end of summer when tourism becomes quieter.
Lots of italians from all over Italy travel here as well as other countries.
The area is becoming more and more popular each year and the demand for apartments is booming, more and more apartments being built each time we visit. Some buy for a holiday home, some buy and relocate. Pescara/Abruzzo airport is a good airport to fly to as it's such a small airport that is never too crowded.
