To outsiders, nothing outstanding about this memorial. The place is small but well-kept. However, it is an important memorial to the founder of Sibu for the future generations. Locationwise, it is quite out of town.
If you are not from Sibu and you are not a Foochow nor a Mandarin language reading person, this "memorial garden" would mean nothing to you in the absence of a guide.
