Jet-Lagged, Exhausted and feeling a tad sorry for myself on a sunny Sunday, I booked a 90 min massage in the Mandarin Spa - first-time client. I'm a New Man. The staff went to great care to gather plenty of information regarding the type of massage I preferred, levels of stress in my life, skin type and any areas for... More

I am spoiled for life after the harmony essence massage I just had. First, the hour I spent relaxing in their marble water lounge overlooking the city, all to myself. Then the crushed ice to cool off followed by a triple rain shower, then another splash in the pool before kicking off the massage. My masseuse gave me some tea... More

We were hotel guests for one night at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo and as part of our package, we had access for one day to the spa. Spa/bath house culture is very significant in Japan, with lots of customs and traditions. The great thing about the spa at the Mandarin is that it is 40 stories in the... More

My fiancee and I booked in the Therapeutic massages and the whole experience was fantastic. You start off in the separate mens and ladies water area which has all the functions you could need to relax ahead of your treatment: sauna, hamaam, water lounges, shower rooms and lovely cleaning area, all with the most amazing views of Tokyo from the... Great spa featuring a heated pool with fantastic views of the city. It offers a great variety of massages and the hours are very convenient. Photos are not allowed. There are lockers.

This was a wonderful way to decompress from the jetlag. Again I was able to plan/book my treatment over email. The front desk was spectacular, (semimasen, but at this time I have forgotten her name.) She was very accommodating and brought me perfectly brewed tea. Harue, my therapist was amazing. I literally felt drunk after my amazing Aromatherapy treatment. It... More

I had the opportunity to indulge for my birthday, and this was by far the best experience Spa I ever had. The staff from arrival to finish treat you like royalty. From the initial check in with Hot tea and a genuine smile. The place is immaculate. The Water Spa itself was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the 37th floor... More
