Great place to visit in summer. There is a BBQ area where you can rent everything you need and they have food you can purchase. There is also a beach area. We played Tag-rugby there and it was great.

It is next to sea but sea is not good for swimming. If the weather is very hot, I recommend to go to another park in Tokyo. There enough sittings to hide from sun.

Always wanted to go there since feb but freezing winter made us hesitant. Finally visited in june. Huge park...take the train around the park. Slow, a little creaky...but fun. Stop at the aquarium, have lunch at the cafe. Take a walk....fun.

It is a huge and well maintained park. Very good for kids. They also have small train ride. Restroom facilities are also good.

This place is a must-visit whenever I'm in Tokyo. I haven't been on the Big Wheel or visited the aquarium as I've always found plenty of other stuff to see and do there. Depending on the time of year, you'll have a different range of birds to see. I've been in March, May and September with very different sightings each... More

If you're into either birding or bird photography, this is a great place to visit. It is easily accessibly by train and fairly well signposted so you'd be spending most of your time looking at the birds rather than dossing around looking for the areas of interest. For a novice birder, like me, it was great as the park has... More

Kasairinkaikoen is on the way to Tokyo disneyland, but I would rather skip the mouse and spend my day here. The aquarium is world class. They have some kind of relationship with Monterey Bay Aquarium here and I would say that the two facilities are of equal calibre. The fact that Kasairinkaikoen aquarium is not itself an international attraction is... More

When we visited the park in early April, cherry blossoms were full bloom, and there was a beautiful tunnel / walking track made with cherry blossoms. The park has the largest Ferris wheel in Japan, and you can enjoy the great view of the area including the airport, Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Tower and Disneyland. It is only one station away... More
