Went with my friend to the water park at Toshimaen, my first time there, as we wanted to do something that said "summer" before the season was over. Slightly crowded on a Friday afternoon but not too bad, and there were people of all ages enjoying the lazy river, pools, and of course, the slides. One thing that worried me... More

I stay in Nerima-ku so I find this place extremely convenient and my kids love to come here to swim and play in the water park. They have 25 slides spread across 6 pools!

Me and my husband spent a Saturday here in July for about 5-6 hours. I loved the fact that it is an amusement park and a water park together, this allowed us to ride rollercoasters and after that cool ourselves in the pool and do some water slides which were so much fun! We bought the combined ticket for 4,500... More

I visited Toshimaen Amusement Park with some friends in September 2015. It's a great little family park, loads of rides to enjoy. Don't miss Cyclone! It gives great views of the whole park as it goes on forever! Mystery Castle was good fun too. We enjoyed the arcade in the centre when it started to rain, by the way, when... More

In some ways Toshimaen is quite strange, but in the quest for creds one does not dwell on that. The park's biggest rollercoaster is very fun. Beware the park does not allow guests with tattoos in.

Really a nice park. Always needing repairs and co-owned by Seibu Railway. Rides do cost extra, but non the less, it very good. I really like the small train ride attraction. Now, this park does have a train station outside the park operated by Seibu.

Just a couple of minutes on foot from the Oedo Subway station with the same name (30 min. from Roppongi / 20 min. from Shinjuku) or right out of the Seibu train station also with the same name. Once you get in the park, follow big signs that says "pool" in katakana for a few more minutes. The water park... More

If you're an enough cute high school girl in one-sided love with a handsome university boy whom you have spent pleasant time with; however, in unfulfilled dates, this amusement park is an attractive place to visit alone yourself. Take an advantage of Asahi mate discount coupon on your visiting this park. You would ride merry-go-round by recalling your lonely dates... More

As an often belief in japan tattoos are a sign of Japanese mob or Yakuza, I have seen reviews saying that they have been "harassed/Judged" because of these tattoos. So as you can think foreigners with tattoos this is a problem. Also people have been saying that it was old and beaten down. I cannot lie this is true. But... More

Our access was denied because of tattoos. Don't support their conservative and narrow way of thinking: skip this and go to Disneyland or Yomiuriland instead.
