Beautiful high end department store with friendly, helpful employees! Very large makeup & facial care departments. Great gifts for all but a bit pricey.

I love these department stores in Japan. The food floor in the basement is fabulous. Just make sure you buy your wine and beer at the family mart or 711.

Incredibly busy when we went, with fashion at the focal point of Tokyo culture. The people watching alone is worth it. Lots of French and American influences.

Our main objective was the food hall. All Department store food halls in Japan are special but Isetans is exceptional in terms of display, variety, service
