The Basement Food Hall is amazing and the staff are welcoming. If the weather is good, buy a tasty selection of savoury and sweet items and have a picnic in beautiful Shinjuku Park located nearby.

My wife and I made several visits to Isetan while staying in Shinjuku. It was the best store we found for fashion, but we found the lower levels for food to be the best. There is a grocery store and so many other small retailers....More

Nice shopping mall. Very similar to a Neiman Marcus in the US. Sizes in Japan do not vary much. XS-M is really only what they stock the most of. Central location and walking distance to Shinjuku garden.

There are lots of different food counters with a wide range of options available from sweet to savoury. It had a lot of tasty looking treats but was pretty high end and exy.
