The church itself is already worth the visite. But the inside is amazing. A well preserved hidden treasure. The explanation is mostly in Spanish but the lights highlighting different parts of the sculptures is more then enough. Als a small leaflet in English does the...More

We were in the Tourist Office when we were told that the church would be open in a few minutes... so we walked up, only to find a huge crowd waiting... I believe there is usually a charge but not today. The church was spectacular...More

This is a lovely old church, obviously the pride of the little town. The presentation is given only in Spanish but there really is no need for explanation in another language. Check with the local tourist office for scheduled times. There is a very small...More

Great little visit - only lasts 20 minutes and in Spanish but portico artfully illuminated and nicely explained. Well worth seeing - very knowledgeable guide.

Unique piece of medieval stone carving art, nicely preserved with original colors. Light show makes good job. The only issue is that the explanation is in Spanish only. But the beauty is still there.

From the outside this church looks no different from many others. Once inside you see so many beautifully painted carvings and statues. The colours and quality of the work is amazing. The whole internal facade is a work of art, carried on once you are...More

A hidden gem not to be missed for those who visit Laguardia. The polychrome portico is simply stunning. The fact that it has always been sheltered has helped preserve the sculptures and the colours intact so it looks pretty much like it did 4 centuries...More

As everyone says the Cathedral is only open briefly each day ( go to the tourist info to get details and a ticket) My understanding this is to help preserve the carved wooden doorway( protected by an outer stone entrance so it cant be seen...More

The polychromed entrance arch is simply stunning, and an amazing survival ... no photo does it justice. This feature is what makes it well worth going out of you way to visit the church. The rest of the church is very attractive and interesting, but...More

We visited in September '14 and there were no clear opening times indicated at the church. Best option is to enquire at the local tourist office - they organise guided tours to the church - ours was at 11:00 am. The church... More
