Typical rural area,quite and simple. The electricity is until 10pm as they are using solar system. No aircondition available, only electric fan.

Go exploring on this gem called Apo Island. Walk the Island in a couple of hours. Bring some water if you go to the top og the islands hill.

It´s a nice little village that you walk through on the way to view deck and other places on the island.

Fed up diving and snorkelling, then set off along this well paved track to experience some of the local life of the island. It will eventually lead you past the lagoon, which was green when we visited and didn't look that appealing, to the Marine...More

This was a pleasant walk, along the village, upto the lagoon on the southern part of the island. Nice and shaded, with a proper (often paved) path. There were even signs at some spots (with an arrow towards the lagoon) It is easy to walk,...More

Visted Apo Island in early March. From the center of Apo Village it is a short 15-20 minute flat trail that ends at the Marine Sanctuary. The Lagoon is a two-four acre brackish water lagoon, there were a few small fishing boats on the edge....More
