The falconry is in the grounds of the castle. The birds are well cared for and are in first class condition. The handlers are skilled, knowledgable and love the birds.

We had a mixed hour and flew Jeanie the barn owl and Iona the Harris hawk, it was amazing to be so close to these beautiful birds, very informative hour also. Would definitely recommend! Lefty will melt your heart.

This was the highlight of our stay and certainly provided a point of interest to the Castle itself. The lady who showed us around was incredibly well informed and we enjoyed the tour a lot

Well we had about 4 hrs all together. Worke with 3-4 birds including an owl and held an eagle. Cost about 250 - 300 ponds Ithink with the long period we had but it was so well worth it. It is an such a fabulous experience... More
