Visited her lots of times, but recently Oct 2016 visited with 2 other camera friends, they were blown away in relation to the entire site, lovely and peaceful, i recalled all the other trips like picnics, and day trips. well worth a visit a little...More

This little church is just a short drive from Roscrea. 'Located down a country lane (road??) there is room at the end to turn around and park a few cars. The ruins are easily reached through a gate and then an easy 100 meter walk...More

Roscrea is a very Rich Town of pure Heritage that should be visited. The Town looks Great.You can get a tour from Roscrea Tourist Office which is very well Run. Well done to all Involved. The Guided Tour is absolutely Brilliant!

Monaincha Abbey is a must see when in Roscrea. Unfortunately, the tourist board have forgotten about it so it's hard to find. Ask any local and they'll give you directions. You must have your own transport as it's about 5km from the town centre. This...More
