A lovely hike up a well way marked path to the lower waterfall. Unfortunately it was a wet day when we visited so a little slippery underfoot. The path up the river gorge is well paved with some boardwalks, bridges and steps. Being a wet...More

We walked this trail one afternoon, thinking we would do a light hike!... It turned out instead into quite a demanding trail, which is separated in two parts: the first waterfall is reachable after a moderate walk with some steeper parts covered by steps, making...More

If you are in the area, you should definitely take a walk up the way-marked trails, through the woods up to these falls. Stop for lunch at the mountain lodge :oD

Take a short walk through the canyon to the lower waterfall first and then reserve at least an additional hour to the upper waterfall. In the canyon, wearing a helmit is recommended because of falling rocks. Stop at Brunarica pri Ingotu for lunch.

If you want to see both waterfalls prepare yourself for a mid-speed two hour walk with stops to the top. You will need good shoes, something to eat and drink, because you won't want to leave that place anytime soon. :) The scenery is amazing!...More
