The site belongs to a bigger project called Riese (= "giant" in German). The project consisted of 7 underground facilities: Jawornik, Soboń, Gontowa, Książ, Rzeczka, Włodarz and Osówka. The last three are accessible for tourists, Książ as well but only in a small part. There...More

This object is a part of big underground complex called PROJECT RIESE build during WW 2 by nazi Germany. This tour is definitely worth every penny and time. Nice history lesson in unique place. Must see for ww2 and history maniacs :-)
