All the trails are well groomed. Being in a mountain area there are some black diamond trails, lots of uphill and quick downhills.

This area is nestled in Canada's picturesque Rocky Mountains. To the south is Waterton Lakes (Alberta) and Glacier (Montana) national parks. To the north is Kananaskis and Banff National Park. So you can probably imagine what this area is like.

This trail was beautiful and well-groomed during our visit in early November. There was ample parking, excellent guide maps along the way and a beautiful view to enjoy throughout the hike. Family-friendly, moderately easy hike!
