Getting there without a car is difficult but once you're there it's a nice walk up the river to see a few decent sized waterfalls and swimming holes. The maintained path goes to the first big waterfall and then it's just a (still really navigable) track to the rest. Good for a day trip

Came here for weekend getaway and it was the perfect spot for a bright, hot and sunny day. There are many picnic spots. The water is cooling and rather clean.

Nestled snugly in the cool rain forest, this waterfall is a great picnic spot. Can swim for all we want provided we had enough energy. Then we gorged on the food that we brought along - yummy fried noodles, curry chicken, satay, currypuffs, juicy watermelons, icy cold homemade lemonade.

hike up the jungle a bit and you can find some really deep pools and nice waterfalls. Huge beetles and millipedes longer than your feet. Tons of fishes. Just a same the locals there seem to love dumping their garbage everywhere near the bottom of the falls and the rangers are so slack in picking it up. Unfortunately common in... More

You can go to the top and get a view of the waterfall and also get a swim in the delicious cold but very refreshing water with big fish hunting you and also cross a hanging... More

We went to Sekayu waterfall on the way from Kenyir lake to Kuantan. The trail to the lower falls is easy to walk. After that the trail fast becomes difficult and higher up several trees partly blocked the trail. Remember clothes for bathing.

Great place to enjoy both nature and to swim or just for a weekend picnic out. Plenty of shades and picnic spots. Best to visit during weekdays as the crowd is less. An uphill jungle walk is recommended for the more adventurous and best to have some to tag along rather than being alone. One must be alert for emergency... More

Your tour guide will let you climb on the rocks and be very close to the falls, a great feeling. A bridge across the falls is a nice place for photography.
