A super day out at reasonable cost in the heart of the Somerset countryside, yet easily accessible just off a main road. A truly wonderful display of international automobilia including an array of Rolls Royces, fine American vintage vehicles including a superb 1931 Duesenberg, one of the most valuable cars ever produced, this being the sole example outside the US;... In my eyes this museum is the big brother to The National Motor Museum. I spent 3.5 hours going round the exhibits and felt I could have stayed longer. A must to visit if your near Yeovil. From reception staff to volunteers everyone there is available to make your visit a day to remember

Special Disabled Access Day prices available for carer (wife) and myself. Most of museum is on same level, no problems getting wheelchair around. Long shallow slope to cafe 750, and lift to motorcycle/speedway mezzanine floor. Great variety of cars, both supercars, and the sort your father/grandfather owned.

We visited here with friends while we were staying in Cricket St Thomas. We had visited before about 6 years ago but still found it interesting and nostalgic to see cars of our youth and long before. We had had quite a few of the cars on display ourselves and it was great to see them again. It does make... More

Fabulous - all so clean and sparkling - dust-free! Got some good photos. Great building, lovely design. Very Interesting, and quite good value, nice things in the souvenir shop, if a little expensive.

We visited for a friends sons birthday. He loved it so much he cried with happiness. Even my kids who aren't into cars loved it. The play area looked great, even one of our friends enjoyed the soft play area while no one was around. We didn't visit the cafe, maybe. Extra time we will as we received a free... More

Unlike Some car museums I've been too, this one has some real cars. By that I mean cars I have owned, cars my dad had when I was a kid. Definitely stirred a few memories! It has some exotica as well and there is plenty to look at. There is a new F1 Mark Webber exhibit which is great, with... More
