We’ve been here tens of times before and we will keep coming back. Loads of space for some family fun; walking, cycling, ball games, picnics, playgrounds and beach. You will never be disappointed.

Lovely routes for for walking cycling down to the lovely beach areas. However on New Years Day when there were hundreds of people in the park, there was only one toilet open. This was the disabled toilet and there were long queues . The rather...More

Our first visit to the park and it was great. Only saw a fraction of the park but it was great even on a wet day. Can’t wait to go back and explore more

We have been coming here for the last two years after it was introduced to us as a venue for the Gwent Country league event. A former industrialised site with woodland, it has been reclaimed by nature to offer a great space for walkers and...More

A wonderful park to cycle, play or just walk in. The beach is massive so you can play ball games and not annoy your neighbours, noticed lots of jelly fish washed up in the high winds. There are toilets near the beach which are handy.

When we came it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We were charged £2 to enter and struggled to see anyone else for most of the day. The ski slope is quite high (130 metres) and the toboggan run was very good fun...More

Lea Y
hi im thinking of going camping at this park some time in august 2018, i need a little more info about the site, 1) do they have electric hook up for tents, 2) what are the showers like, large space, clean, pay per use ie 50p for 5 minutes, push button etc. 3) are there any disabled shower facilities and or family shower/bath rooms. 4) also what was the ground condition like, muddy wet etc we went to Borth last year and it was the first time in about 20 years of camping that i left a site early because it was a swamp under the tent and when it rained it felt like a stream running under the ground sheet. (we did not mind the 40 mph winds or the rain as the tent can take up to 50/60mph and we was dry an toasty inside it). 5) do u know the cost of the skiing lessons as i cant seem to find out online. Any reply will be greatly appriciated, one fellow traveller to another many thanks
