It's small and nothing much to see. No history mentioned and museum inside is worthless. It has been recently painted pink, so it does not look like it is a 400 year old fort. It is a disappointment to call it a fort.

On your way back you can visit this fort well preserved with a ideal set facing the sea. Enjoy the view especially during sunset.

A place of historical importance. It was an important business town during 16th Century. You can feel the Danish architecture in this fort. A small fort now rejuvenated by Indo-Danish partnership with Government of Tamilnadu

This fort overlooks the Bay of Bengal, but the museum inside does not seem to be well maintained. The fort is basic and there is not much to see.
