Part of Mundoro sort walking distance from the Mudoro station. There is a loop around the lake for good scenic view. Proper shoes and warm gear necessary as it can get pretty cold around Murodo. Visited in Autumn Oct 2016

When we walked to the Japanese guest house, we saw this pond. Although it was covered by snow, it was beautiful! We could see the water was blue. We also saw thunder bird nearby. What a surprise!

Beautiful lake by the Murodo stop. You can see images of the mountains on the lake which makes a nice photo shoot. Remember to wear layers and be adequately dressed as it will be cold at Murodo and at the lake.

The trail around this pond is great during the fall season. It was a dream taking pictures around the pond.
