This is a really peaceful temple complex in Koyasan. Clearly, lots of tourists do not make the journey up to Koyasan. As such, in April, it was very quiet and incredibly pleasant. A very tranquil experience.
Be sure this temple is on your list for visiting in Koyasan. Lighting makes it interesting at all times of the day and any kind of weather. Very glad we saw this. And look for a two-needle cluster under the tree!
