There is really not much here, besides showing how soya sauce is made. Artefacts are laid out in a biggish hall, with some English signs.

Not much to see but guess it may be interesting to those with zero knowledge of soy sauce. Tried the soy sauce ice-cream but it only tasted like ice-cream.

Very good smell, full with soy sauce smell nearby. Haven't tried the ice cream, hope you can try as I were too clod at that time.

I do not known about Marukin Soysouce. Maybe I had it before or not. It was free entrance to Memorial museum. There are Marukin Soysouce ice cream that I wanted to try it. But I didn't this time. Hope to next time!:)

The memorial has all the old tools used for making soy sauce, but if you have no previous exposure to these items, it might be difficult to understand what you see. But the immediate area around this memorial is great spot for a little walk....More
