Nice Bridge

Parked car nearby and walked along the coastal path. Nice views along the way and an unusual bridge.

The Bridge itself is a marvel in it's own right, but the surrounding walkways are equally beautiful.

Visiting this bridge is a must do when in New Plymouth. Not only is it a visual treat in itself but on a nice day it frames the mountain beautifully so is perfect for photos. Also, it is part of the Coastal Walkway. Don't miss...More

I've seen bridges before, so it ain't no thing for me. Still, if you're new to bridges, or have never been out of Taranaki - then go for it.

Easily accessible and short walking distance to the bridge from the car park. On a clear day, you will be able to see Mt Taranaki, nicely framed by the bridge. Worth visiting.
