We have seen seen many castles in Spain but one like this with its full history in film is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. The view around the castle is stunning as well.

Tourists may take a guided tour inside the castle, walking through the parade ground, the walls, the house-palace, the chapel, the library, the dungeons or the imposing towers. A fee is payable on admittance.

Marvelously located castle on a steep hill offers spectacular views over the area, the visit guides along the walls and towers - reserve 2 hours for the visit. Highly recommended!

We have visited this castle several times over the years and loved it each time. One day we want to be in the medieval meal that they serve. A fun visit and you feel like you are not a typical tourist in Spain.

I have a trip planned to Cordoba in the fall but have since sustained a severe knee problem that will not be resolved by then. Can my temporary disability parking permit be of any use in securing a parking lot space, since I would be unable to walk up or down the large hill? Thanks..
